  • Are children able to stay at ApartHotel421?
    ApartHotel421 is very popular with families, we do however have a minimum age restriction and all children must be at least 5 years of age. Any bookings with guests under 4 years of age will be refused entry to the venue. This policy is not flexible and is in place in line with our health and safety assessment regarding the safe use of balconies and our staircase.
  • What age restriction(s) apply at ApartHotel421?
    You must be at least 5 years of age or older to stay at ApartHotel421. All apartments must have a minimum of 1 person aged 18 years or older.
  • Where do I check-in?
    Check-in is located next door to ApartHotel421 at our service partner Seafront419 Hotel & Bar, please go to the reception area where they will assist you.
  • What time is check-in?
    Check-in is available between 3pm until 10:30pm, Please check-in at our service partner Searfront419 Hotel & Bar.
  • What time is check out?
    Check-out is 10am, If you have booked directly with the venue on this website you will receive 11am check-out as a direct booking reward.
  • Is parking available?
    Parking is available on a first come first serve basis and costs £10.00 per standard car park space per day. If your car does not fit in a standard space you may have to pay for 2 spaces. Disabled parking is available at the rear of the property on the council operated pay and display car park. Additional parking is available at the rear of the property on the council operated pay and display car park. Please note we are unable to reserve parking.
  • Can you store my luggage?
    Luggage storage is available to our service partner Seafront419, which is located next door to ApartHotel421.
  • Do you allow Pets?
    ApartHotel421 is an allergy friendly venue and as such is unable to accept pets of any kind.
  • Is WIFI available?
    Free WIFI is available throughout ApartHotel421.
  • What is in my apartment?
    Your apartment will have: Completely private apartment not shared with anyone else Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet Fridge with small freezer compartment Basic utensils for eating and cooking Basic glasses and mugs A kettle with starter tea and coffee pack (We would advise to bring more) Nespresso machine (The new Vertuo type) Cooker with grill and induction hob Toaster Microwave Table with 2 or 4 chairs TV in each living area and bedroom USB sockets Small ironing board and basic iron Hairdryer
  • Do you provide ironing facilities?
    All apartments have a small ironing board and iron
  • Do you provide hairdryers?
    All apartments have a hairdryer provided.
  • I’ve left something at the venue can you help?
    We store all lost/left property for 3 months at which point the item is donated to charity. If you have left it in the last 3 months, we can release your property to the main booker by visiting the venue or alternatively release the item to a courier that you have sent to the venue. UPS, DHL and My Hermes are couriers who offer this service. We will need a written request sent to us via email before we can release you item.
  • Do you provide cots?
    ApartHotel421 has an age restriction and all guests must be at least 5 years old to stay. We are unable to provide cots and guests must sleep in a bed.
  • I have a complaint, who do I contact?"
    If you are still at the venue please speak to the reception team at our support partner Seafront419 who will assist you. If you have left the venue please email info@aparthotel421.com, please note whereever possible please raise any issues directly at the venue where we will try our very best to help reslove them for you.
  • What do I do if I am unhappy during my stay?
    Please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues you have; your satisfaction is our priority. If you do not make us aware during you stay, we are unlikely to be able to assist you after you have departed.
  • Can I access the building with a wheelchair/pushchair?
    The venue has 3 steps at the main entrance and limited width doorways, all guests must be able to walk up these steps. If you have limited mobility, we strongly suggest booking a ground floor apartment. We provide more information on mobility on our booking page on this site with helpful information for each apartment. If you have any questions or need any support when booking with a disability please message us and our team will assist you.
  • Do you have smoking apartments?
    ApartHotel421 is an allergy friendly venue and all smoking on in the apartment is strictly prohibited. You CANNOT smoke on the balconies. A smoking area is located near the entrance to the building.
  • What is the cost of cancellation?
    If you have booked with a booking agent such as booking.com, expedia.com, hotels.com, lastminute.com etc a cancellation fee will normally always be applicable unless you have booked a more expensive flexible booking rate. Applicable cancellation fees are viewable on your confirmation email from your booking agent. For more information on the relevant fees please contact your booking agent directly. If you have booked directly a charge of the first night’s stay will be charged unless it is with 28 days of your arrival at which point, we reserve the right to charge the full balance of your stay. If you have booked direct you can change dates free of charge once as long as your arrival date is not within 14 days time, atlernatively we may be able to allow you to use your cancellation fee as credit for a future hotel stay with a credit voucher. When booking with us via any method you are confirming that you have cancellation insurance to cover any charges, we are able to provide an invoice for your claim.
  • Do you provide military discount?
    ApartHotel421 is proud to support our UK and international military allies with a 15% discount off your stay when booked direct on this website. To receive the discount, you will require 1 military ID per apartment booked. Your must present you photographic Military ID on arrival to receive the discount. Miliatary discount can also be used at our bar with valid ID. To book please use discount code thankyou15 on our booking page.
  • Do you provide discounts to large parties/groups?
    If you are booking more than 5 apartments for at least 2 nights our team may be able to offer you a discount. This is subject to availability and the dates you are wishing to book, The best option is to contact the venue via email with you dates and requirements and our team will try our best to assist. If you are booking less than 4 apartments, we are unable to provide any discounts unless you are a corporate client.
  • Corporate discount
    If you are a member of a business whom regularly books for you staff or team members, we are able to offer you free entry to our corporate discount scheme. Please email our team with your requirements and we will arrange this for you.
  • Are all apartments sea view?
    A large number of our apartments offer sea view, when booking it will clearly state sea view in the apartment description. If your apartment is not described as sea view then your apartment will be rear facing and will not feature a sea view.
